The Under Secretary of

State for the Colonies presents his

compliments to the Secretary to the

Board of Trade, and with reference

to his communication No. 159586 E. L.

of the 27th of March enclosing a

copy of an application for a

licence under the Arms Export

Prohibition Order, 1931, to export

certain articles to Hong Kong, is

directed to state that there is

so far as the Co is concerned no objection to the issue of a

licence on the application.
